 Cleveland National Forest Fdn  A nonprofit group dedicated to preserving the plants, animals and other natural resources of Southern California mountains by protecting the land and water they need to survive.
 Ecoworld  Ecoworld calls for the reforestation of the world by May 2045; specifically, growing massive amounts of canopy-providing trees, in order to double the living timber mass on the planet within a 50 year period.
 Environmental Protection Information Center  Works to protect biodiversity and ancient forests on the North Coast of California. Current focus is protecting Headwaters Forest, the largest unprotected ancient redwood forest in the world.

Trees for the Future Trees for the Future is a non-profit organization founded in 1989 by Dave and Grace Deppner to protect forests and help the people who live in them. To benefit everyone on the planet by counteracting the growing world crisis caused by deforestation, desertification, climate change, and loss of biodiversity. Trees for the Future promotes and supports sustainable land use by planting trees in cooperation with local people in communities around the world.
