An even dozen

EarthFair 2001 will be the 12th annual EarthFair. EarthFair is the largest annual environmental fair in the country. Every year, more than 50,000 visitors show up to see our exhibitors, enjoy the entertainment, sample the earth-friendly foods, and have a great day in the sun (well, it did rain one year...).

And the best part: the whole thing is put on by volunteers. About 400 volunteers, to be precise. And that's why we need YOU. Whether you want to spend the whole day or only a few hours helping out, we can guarantee a result you can be proud of.

The main feature of EarthFair is our exhibitors: more than 200 organizations with goods, services and causes representing a diverse range of environmental and quality-of-life issues. Special features include: a Children's Parade; an Alternative Fuel Vehicle Parade and display; Technology and Health areas; eHome, an environmental-friendly demonstration home; 5 stages of entertainment, including a Children's Stage and folk music stage; an earth-friendly (vegetarian) food court.

People want to do the right thing often, they just don't know how. EarthFair provides a linkage between those who want to know how to make a difference our visitors with those who know how our exhibitors. EarthFair is a family event, with something for everybody.
